Project Brief – Website Integration for WeConnect Asia

Project Overview

WeConnect Asia is a boutique consulting firm that helps international CleanTech and Renewable Energy companies scale across Southeast Asia through market expansion, project financing, and local setup support.

We have already completed:
– All website content (in English)
– Full sitemap and SEO metadata
– CTA strategy and copy
– Templates and case studies

We now need a reliable and detail-oriented web integrator to build the site and apply all elements properly.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for:
– Creating and structuring the pages according to the sitemap
– Copy/pasting and formatting the final content provided (Google Docs / Word)
– Implementing SEO best practices (title, H1, meta description, slugs)
– Inserting and linking CTA buttons (Calendly/Cal.com, Downloads, etc.)
– Ensuring proper internal linking (between services, case studies, blog, etc.)
– Uploading downloadable files (PDFs, templates) if any
– Ensuring responsive design (desktop / tablet / mobile)
– Final quality check on layout, navigation, and broken links

Deliverables

– Fully structured and content-filled website (desktop/mobile)
– SEO fields and tags integrated
– All CTAs active and linked
– Blog, Podcast and Resource sections created
– Page-by-page progress updated in tracker (Excel file provided)
– One round of revision post-integration
