I work with project developers on what lenders and equity partners will ask for.
The connector model
I am not a broker or a generalist adviser. I work alongside developers of low-carbon fuel projects (SAF, e-fuels, green methanol, biomethane) in Southeast Asia, from the first conversation to the introduction to equity investors and lenders. See the services I offer and the industries I cover.
I do not take a project to market before it is ready. A project that meets investors too early spends its credibility. A project that meets them bankable gets a real answer.
My approach
Developers know their project. Capital needs to see it de-risked.
Between the two sits a gap: offtake, feedstock supply, EPC, permitting, E&S requirements, technology scalability. I work on that gap with you, so the project is ready before it meets capital.
A project is bankable when its risks are identified, allocated and covered.
Investors then see a project, not a pitch.

Low-carbon fuels (SAF, green methanol, hydrogen and Power-to-X, biogas and biomethane) and circularity infrastructure. Based in Southeast Asia, connecting projects with partners across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Development banks, commercial banks, ECAs and infrastructure debt funds.

1. Conversation
You and I talk about your project: where it stands, what is blocking it and what you want to achieve.
2. Roadmap to bankability
I develop with you a roadmap of what lenders and equity partners will require before they commit.
3. Close the gaps
I help you de-risk the project: secured offtakes, de-risked feedstock supply, clear EPC contract, permitting, E&S and more.
4. Introduce investors
When the project is investor-ready, I introduce it to the right equity and debt partners.

20+ years in international business and in the engineering, operations and maintenance of oil and gas assets. Based in Kuala Lumpur, working across Southeast Asia and bridging it with capital and technology from Europe and the Middle East.
Currently involved in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) projects in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, connecting them with strategic partners, equity investors and lenders.
