Feedstock Supply
Secure feedstock for low-carbon fuel production
I connect SAF and waste-to-energy projects in Southeast Asia with biomass, waste and residue suppliers, and I test supply terms early, before lenders ask.
A secured, documented feedstock supply is one of the ten dimensions investors and lenders review. See the Roadmap to Bankability.
The problem
Feedstock is a core risk for fuel projects and for the people who finance them. Supply must be sufficient, traceable, priced in a way the model can bear and secured for years. Many developers have promising sources but no agreements.
Lenders do not trust assumptions that are not backed by credible suppliers.
How I help
I identify feedstock suppliers and aggregators relevant to your geography and your fuel pathway, and I use direct conversations to test availability, quality, price logic and contract terms.
- I map biomass, waste and residue suppliers, and aggregators of used cooking oil and agricultural residues.
- I open the conversations and report what suppliers can realistically commit to.
- I help you build the supply logic that investors and lenders will want to see. For e-fuels, the same test applies to the CO2 source and storage.
Typical outcome. Serious supply partners and a credible basis for long-term feedstock agreements.
Feedstock and buyers go together: see Offtake Agreements.
Who I connect you with
